Brat Barn serves sausages at Pacific Northwest festivals and brings the grill to catered gatherings around Portland.
From the festival to your celebration.
Our menu centers on bratwurst, smoked bratwurst, and hot Polish sausages, with grilled onions and sauerkraut. Bavarian pretzels, cinnamon pretzels, and drinks round out the festival favorites.
For catered events, we handle setup, grilling, serving, and cleanup so you can enjoy the people you brought together.
We serve PNW communities within 90 miles of Portland, Oregon.
